The Retail Supervisor is responsible for hitting assigned team sales targets and supervising operations.
He/she manages daily store operations and leads merchandising activities to improve sales performance.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team and deal with dealers, store managers, and store staff.
- Provide consultation on products and services.
- Document and update sales transactions for non-promoter outlets.
- Manage operations in a diverse service environment.
- Provide training for service performance.
- Oversee retail operations.
- Assist in POSM allocation, LDU, Dummies, and upload to the system.
- Track visual merchandising presentation.
- Coordinate allocation of merchandising display, LDU, Dummies, fixtures, and gifts with dealers.
- Provide training for all outlets.
- Update on market competitor activities.
- Track operations of roadshows, promotions, or any events.
- Involve in improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the team to participate in productivity improvement.
- Increase productivity and innovation activities.
- Monitor the implementation of productivity and innovation.
- Address customer inquiries related to product knowledge, stock issues, and merchandising.
- Generate ideas for productivity improvements and innovation.
- Build team spirit and enhance team capability.
- Act as a decision maker.
- Develop good relationships with dealers and partners.
- Provide operations and manpower support.
Academic Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
