Duties and Responsibilities:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for hitting assigned team sales targets and supervising operations.
He/she manages daily store operations and leads merchandising activities to improve sales performance.
Manages promoter, non-promoter outlets, and operator outlets.
Manage a small team and deal with dealers, store managers, and store staff.

- Give consultation on products and services.
- Document and update sales transactions for non-promoter outlets.
- Provide quality service and demonstrate service vision.
- Manage operations in a diverse service environment.
- Training for service performance.
- Maintain good relationships for customer and service quality.
- Manage retail operations.
- Maintain stock inventory up-to-date.
- Assist in POSM allocation, LDU, Dummies, and upload to the system.
- Update store image in the system and coordinate outlet construction and store image upgrade activities.
- Keep track of visual merchandising presentations.
- Coordinate allocation of merchandising display, LDU, Dummies, fixtures, and gifts with dealers.
- Provide training for all outlets.
- Update on market competitor activities.
- Keep track of operations for roadshows, promotions, or any events.
- Involve in improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the team to participate in productivity improvement.
- Increase productivity and innovation activities.
- Keep track of the implementation of productivity and innovation.
- Serve customer inquiries related to product knowledge, stock issues, and merchandising.
- Create ideas for productivity improvements and innovation.
- Manage and supervise promoters.
- Build team spirit and grow team ability.
- Act as a decision maker.
- Build good relationships with dealers and partners.
- Provide operations and manpower support.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Salary Range: RM 2,200 - RM 3,000
