Retail Specialist Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc. to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
2. Guide and coach retail sales personnel on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP, and other tasks assigned.
3. Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing their needs.
4. Explain, provide appropriate recommendations, and perform demonstrations on the features of the products to customers.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
6. Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
2. Possess leadership skills; related experience is an added advantage.
3. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
