Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in Teluk Intan. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations, managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

1. Retail Sales and Sales skills
2. Communication and Customer Service skills
3. Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
5. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
6. Knowledge of Islamic banking principles (preferred)
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
