Job Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives.
• Sales & Market Analysis: Analyzing sales and marketing performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership & Training: Train and mentor the marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, creative, and other departments to ensure that marketing messaging is consistent and aligned across all channels.
• Campaign Management: Lead marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and collaborations. Oversee campaign development and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Studies, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Over 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
