Retail Sales (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for sales of products
2. Provide professional advice to customers such as product selection and current fashion trends.
3. Update new designs to social media, handle online inquiries, and process orders.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in both retail and online (social media).
5. Assist in all aspects of outlet duty, especially product display and merchandising.
6. Responsible for the company's daily shop operations.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
