Requirements

• Fluent communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for customer interaction
• No formal educational qualifications required
• Professional work environment with a positive and supportive culture
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward skill development
• Own transport required for commuting to work

Responsibility

• Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing helpful and persuasive information to enhance sales
• Assist customers in locating products they need, using effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell
• Organize and maintain an orderly stock room
• Ensure shelves are neatly stocked and products are displayed attractively
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary
