Retail Sales Consultants (168 Park Mall, Selayang)

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Describe merchandise and explain use operation and care of merchandise to customers.
• Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
• Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
• Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
• Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
• Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the Company’s products.

Job Requirements:

• SPM with relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for Management Trainees.
