RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (KLANG VALLEY)

Host and welcome parents and families, ensuring a warm and friendly store environment.

Provide expert consultation on Chicco baby products, including strollers, car seats, toys, skincare, and accessories.

Recommend the best baby care solutions tailored to parents’ needs.

Achieve personal sales and store targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Maintain after-sales relationships by following up with customers and offering assistance.

Replenish inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

Operate the POS system and handle transactions smoothly.

Perform basic housekeeping to maintain store cleanliness and a welcoming shopping experience.

Assist with other duties as assigned by the store PIC.
