Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Representing the company and promoting company's products to walk-in customers
  2. Interacting with customers and attending to their queries and feedback
  3. Receiving service sets from customers and providing after-sales services
  4. Provide product information and selling products and services available
  5. Daily stock and inventory check
  6. Minimal housekeeping
  7. Reports directly to Sales Manager/Outlet Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
  2. Minimum qualification SPM
  3. Preferably with Sales Experience (1 to 2 years working experience)
  4. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
  5. Trustworthy, patient and friendly attitude towards customers and employer
  6. Must be willing to work during retail hours (e.g. Public holidays/weekends)
  7. Must be computer literate and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  8. Willing to learn
  9. Full time
  10. Location: MyTOWN KL Cheras
