Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Dotmod Flagship Store. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. A passion for vaping and knowledge of vape products is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
2. Provide knowledgeable advice on vape products, including devices, e-liquids, pods, and accessories
3. Promote and upsell products based on customer preferences and needs
4. Handle cash, card transactions, and operate the POS system accurately
5. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual merchandising
6. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
7. Handle customer complaints or warranty issues with patience and professionalism
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
9. Follow all store policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
10. Assist in opening and closing duties, including daily sales reporting

Requirements:

1. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (vape industry experience preferred)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Enthusiastic, approachable, and a team player
4. Strong interest or experience in vaping and vape products
5. Basic computer skills (POS system, inventory apps)
6. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required
7. Responsible, punctual, and honest
