Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at Threewoods Pharmacy PLT at Bandar 16 Sierra, Puchong, Selangor. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall operations of our pharmacy. What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product inquiries, and processing sales transactions
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including restocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring the displays are visually appealing
• Handling cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
