Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Consultant located in Batu Pahat Mall, Johor. The Retail Consultant will be responsible for communication with customers, sales & service, providing excellent customer care service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM (or equivalent) required.
• No sales experience?No problem! A genuine passion for customer service and willingness to learn is what matters most.
• If youdohave sales experience (up to 1 year), that’s a plus.
• If you can start immediately, that's a plus too
• Knowledge of telecommunications products or services is beneficial, but not required.
• A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a lively retail environment are essential.
