Job Responsibility

• Liaising with customer in all areas of sales – customer interaction is vital.
• Meeting set sales targets.
• Stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales area.
• Assisting with product selection.
• Offering advice to customers.
• Dealing with customer complaints.
• Utilizing specialist product knowledge.
• Monitoring and updating sales display areas.

Job Requirements

• Pleasant, well groomed and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer service oriented, team player and possess initiative.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Lego products.
• Willing to work on shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
• Candidates that are multilingual would be an advantage.
