Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations efficiency.
Responsible for the effectiveness of the retail staff in terms of product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, SOP, and wellbeing.
Responsible for the sales achievement and inventory control.
Monitor the compliance of operational processes with the prescribed SOP and recommend workarounds/revisions to address potential shortcomings/lapses.
Manage all activities and processes pertaining to logistics and delivery of stocks to/between retail outlets.
Propose the visual merchandise display at outlets in line with prescribed layout/planogram and oversee the implementation process.
Schedule and assign staff/store manager on their daily/monthly routine work.
Assist in recruitment and train new employees.
Monitor market developments and recommend strategies to address potential opportunities and threats.
Liaise with shopping malls management on tenancy agreement, marketing/promotion, and opening of temporary and permanent kiosks/outlets. Set up of temporary or new kiosk.
Conduct market research and prepare detailed information on new store operation to support management decision making.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma/Degree or any relevant education background.
Possess experience in retail operations management and business development is an advantage.
Possess own transport.
Good leadership skills and can work independently.
