Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for beauty stores daily operational management including sales activities, sales goals achievement, staff management and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of sales executives and supervisors to achieve retail store sales targets and goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop strong second liners.
• Monitor and evaluate daily sales to ensure achievement of monthly/yearly sales targets.
• Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of advertisements & promotions, customers’ feedback on products and services, as well as market trends.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and exercise control measures for all products in the stores.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 3 years managerial experience in the retail industry.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Analytical, meticulous, and possess sharp business acumen.
• High level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity.
• Organized, confident, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
