As the Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their retail stores. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure adherence to brand standards, and drive performance through strategic leadership. Your goal will be to enhance the customer experience, maximize sales, and streamline operational processes across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers and retail staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained across all retail locations, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Brand Integrity: Uphold brand values and ensure store presentation, product displays, and promotional activities align with the brand's image.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent delivery of products and promotions.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve issues swiftly, and implement solutions to improve store performance.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Manage store budgets, control operational costs, and generate regular reports for senior management on store performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Experience with retail software and inventory management systems.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and a customer-centric mindset.
