Retail Operations Executive | Shah Alam

About the Company

Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles, located in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities

1. Keeping the store fully stocked
2. Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
3. Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction
4. Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
5. Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
6. Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments
7. Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations
8. Assisting the Store Manager in performing ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant working experience of 1-2 years in supervising a retail outlet
2. Must have planning and organising skills to effectively manage the flow of the stocks.
3. Can communicate in Mandarin AND English (oral and written).
4. Teamworking skills and have analytical ability.
5. Responsible, independent and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration

Up to RM 2,500 (Based on experience)
