Retail Operations Executive (F&B Business Development)

Working Location: Covering outlets based in the Klang Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Support: Work closely with the retail team to prepare and maintain accurate day-to-day operation. Facilitate and expedite the operation process by providing necessary support, including document preparation and follow-ups.
• Customer Servicing: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints effectively. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target and company growth objectives.
• Retail Audit: Schedule visits to the outlets at fixed intervals to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet according to SOPs, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop systems for monitoring and evaluating operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Barbecue Skills: Must be able to master barbecue skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Food Technology with a minimum of 2 years of relevant Food Industry working experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) due to the nature of our products and market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
• High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.
• Willing and able to work in a non-HALAL workplace.
• To attend retail training for 6 months.
