Retail Operation Support (Store Performance)
Job description
Job Responsibility
To work with and support Retail Operations Support team, tasks including:
- Assist in overseeing Store operations, ensuring staff adherence to SOPs and high-performance standards.
- Support in implementing strategies to drive sales performance at the Store level.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in managing relationships with retail management vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Address any issues related to vendor workmanship, sales, and service quality.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of sales and services.
Job Requirements
- A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
- Diploma holders with minimum 2 years office management experience preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin optional
Job Benefits
Working Shift
- 9:00AM-6:00PM (Require night shift when needed)
- Monday to Friday, weekend required when needed
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary: RM2,150.00 - RM2,500.00 (Based on experience)
- OT allowance (If applicable)
