Job description

Job Responsibility

To work with and support Retail Operations Support team, tasks including:

  1. Assist in overseeing Store operations, ensuring staff adherence to SOPs and high-performance standards.
  2. Support in implementing strategies to drive sales performance at the Store level.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Assist in managing relationships with retail management vendors.
  5. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  6. Address any issues related to vendor workmanship, sales, and service quality.
  7. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of sales and services.

Job Requirements

  1. A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
  2. Diploma holders with minimum 2 years office management experience preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Mandarin optional

Job Benefits

Working Shift

  1. 9:00AM-6:00PM (Require night shift when needed)
  2. Monday to Friday, weekend required when needed

Remuneration Package

  1. Basic salary: RM2,150.00 - RM2,500.00 (Based on experience)
  2. OT allowance (If applicable)
  3. Transportation Allowances
  4. Meal Allowances

Location: Level 10, East Wing, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi Kuala Lumpur
