RETAIL & OPERATION MANAGER

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Retail Operation Manager. Based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail stores. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of retail store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to your team to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of store operations with other business functions
• Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven track record in leading and motivating high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
