Job Description

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring accurate and timely product listings, pricing, and inventory availability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns in retail stores under management.
  3. Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate categorization, tagging, and product descriptions for all items listed.
  4. Ensure all reporting submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner which includes store performance metrics and claims submission.
  5. Manage inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment, accurate tracking, and resolution of any shipping issues.
  6. Work closely with customer service to address customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in administrative work in e-commerce, digital or tech companies would be an added advantage.
  2. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
