Job Description

Store Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the store.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Implement Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
• Plan and optimize the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.

Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition

• Liaise with the mall management to participate in the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
• Develop comprehensive roadshow/exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up and coordination of staff.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Retail Manager.
• Preferably candidates from the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management, and customer service.
• Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
