Retail Manager (Gurney Plaza)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a retail manager or any relevant experiences preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for interacting with staff, customers, and higher-level management.
• The ability to identify and address operational challenges and make decisions that benefit the store and its customers.
• Discipline, energetic, positive, and responsible attitude.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (6 days per week).

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for store performance and results in terms of Sales, Operation & People.
• Ensure smooth store operations and respond to resolve issues as they arise (e.g., inventory, manpower, product quality, customer experience).
• Ensure the team delivers an excellent customer experience, with every customer leaving our store feeling positive.
• Understand company and store's KPI, build, train, and work together with the team to achieve Store KPI.
• Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope.
