Responsibilities

1. Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash management, daily reports, promotions, etc.)
2. Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up)
3. Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
4. Contribute towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
5. Maintain cash accurately according to set procedures and keep proper records of operation
6. Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints
8. Assist in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness

Qualifications

1. Age 18 and above only
2. Able to work in shifts
3. Able to work 6 days/week, including public holidays and weekends
