Retail Executive - Hygiene (Aeon Big Jaya One)

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for managing administration of department to ensure smooth running of the operations and targets set are achieved.
2. To deliver consistent performance and compliance to the safety and hygiene standards every day in individual department.
3. Effectively manage, provide guidance and motivate and take team members together as a team.
4. Undertake and perform all/ any other duty/ task which may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor, Division Manager and/or Function Head.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in any field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
3. Good in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
5. Practice two-way communication among team, proactive engagement, openness to accept feedback and provide opinion.
