Retail Bike Technician

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, offering expert consultations and technical advice.
2. Diagnose, repair, and maintain bikes, ensuring top-quality service.
3. Provide feedback on technical service issues and suggest improvements.
4. Support daily back-end office functions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
5. Assist in promotional events, roadshows, and trade exhibitions.
6. Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Availability to work on weekends.
3. Fresh graduates, school leavers, and cycling enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.
4. Technical knowledge of bicycles is an added advantage.
5. Good communication skills and a friendly approach to customer interactions.
