Job description
Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service.
  • Understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparels to suit customer’s needs, and offering alternatives to customers.
  • Maintain, replenish, and upkeep of store according to brand image and standards.
  • Actively maintain a global brand image.
Job Requirements

  • Prefer candidates who are fluent in Mandarin.
  • Candidate possesses at least SPM or above.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with basic math skills.
