RETAIL ASSOCIATE -PALM MALL SEREMBAN

Working Location: PALM MALL

Basic Salary: RM 2,300

Commission: RM 300 (separate)

We are recruiting for our HLA Male Brand in Malaysia. HLA (Malaysia) is looking for a Retail Fashion Associate.

As we expand further, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible for maintaining, replenishing, and upkeeping the store according to brand image and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customers' overall in-store experience by providing excellent customer service, understanding customers' needs, recommending suitable apparel, and offering alternatives.
2. Actively maintain a global brand image.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work according to retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
2. Good knowledge of spoken English and Mandarin, as candidates are required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Customer service experience is valuable.
4. Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
