Retail Associate - Habib Ipoh

Job Responsibility

1. To sell and serve customers in order to achieve individual/showroom Sales and Purchase Back target.
2. To adhere to operational Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
3. To present an informative and helpful image to our customers.
4. To coordinate with sales staff on activities planned to ensure that showroom achieves budget.
5. To sign on checking of stock daily.
6. To ensure the merchandise is displayed correctly, cared for, and cleaned.
7. To plan and conduct market survey for the purpose of improving showroom sales.
8. To keep abreast with competitor activities.
9. To work as a harmonious team and provide excellent customer service.
10. To highlight customer complaints and problems to immediate superior.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, any field.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
3. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably candidates specializing in Sales, Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
5. Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to work retail hours (including weekends & public holidays).
