Job description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service.
Understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparel to suit customer’s needs, and offering alternatives to customers.
Maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.
Actively maintain a global brand image.

Job Requirements

Prefer candidates who are fluent in Mandarin.
Candidate possesses at least SPM or above.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and possess basic math skills.
