Retail Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customer enquiries and sales
• Manage In-store pickup: Bosch + Castrol + Motul + Automotive parts
• Manage Point-of-Sales (POS) system
• Service installation - Battery / Wiper / Cabin Filter / LED installation / Others
• On-site / mobile - Car battery installation
• Customer service
• Receive Goods / Delivery
• Manage in-store stocks including battery management

Minimum Requirements

• Possess relevant experience in automotive retail or other relevant fields
• 1 - 2 years of related work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply
• Experience in handling Point-of-Sales (POS) software will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
• Positive work attitude and able to keep ahead in a fast-paced environment
