We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team across multiple locations. As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock, and replenish as necessary.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket. Be of service by offering your assistance with products and advising on how to wear them. Be our product specialist.
• Follow the company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask your superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items' selling points, challenges, and propose ideas to improve customers' buying experience.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player, and respect each other's space. No gossip or small talk that may hurt others' feelings.

Requirements:

• Required education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree and above.
• Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia language (in terms of communication, reading, and writing).
• Flexible to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer-oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Store Locations: MidValley Southkey, Johor Bahru City Square, AEON Tebrau City, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Ipoh Parade, Imago KK Times Square, Bintang Megamall, Vivacity Megamall, AEON Mall Kuching Central.
