Retail Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team across multiple locations. As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience, including simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures and checking stock to replenish as necessary.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance with products. Be our product specialist.
• Follow the company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check with your superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the selling points and challenges of items and propose ideas to improve customer buying.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player, and respect each other's space. Avoid gossip and small talk that may hurt the feelings of others.

Requirements:

• Required education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree and above.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (communication, reading, and writing).
• Flexible to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer-oriented, a team player, and possess initiative.
• Strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.
