Retail Assistant

Job Responsibility

• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
• Support the day-to-day business operations of the boutique/counter
• Be approachable and friendly in discovering customers' needs
• Generate buying interest through the sharing of product knowledge
• Recommend suitable products in meeting customers' preferences and needs
• Provide good customer service and shopping experience to customers
• Keep abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning and training
• Assist in all aspects of the boutique/counter, particularly display, cleanliness, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

• SPM leaver and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Well-groomed, pleasant, and positive personality
• A team player who is proactive and highly motivated
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
