Retail Assistant

Job Responsibility

1. Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs.
2. Explain, provide appropriate recommendations, and perform demonstrations on the features of the products to the customers.
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
4. Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
5. Perform daily operation tasks such as sales reports, stock take, etc.
6. Comply with company policies and standard operation procedures.
7. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
2. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Aggressive in sales, customer service focus.
5. Friendly, self-motivated, confident, and sales-driven.
6. Keep up-to-date with Information Technology products information.
