Minimum Advanced Certificate in F&B Operations or Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism
At least 1 year of relevant working experience as supervisory role in F&B industry.
Possess Food Hygiene Certification
Job Scopes:
Assist Restaurant Manager for the smooth operations of the outlet particularly in inventory control, equipment repair and maintenance, utilities consumption and upkeeping of outlet premise.
Assist Restaurant Manager in building sales, as well as controlling cost of goods sold (COGS) and labour cost within the budget to meet business results.
Ensure work standards are within the Food Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Ambience & Value guidelines.
