Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations

1. Assist in managing restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service.
2. Supervise and support staff during shifts.

Customer Service Management

1. Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
2. Train staff to maintain high service standards.

Inventory and Stock Control

1. Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
2. Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory.

Staff Supervision and Training

1. Guide and train new and existing employees.
2. Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Hygiene and Safety Compliance

1. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
2. Ensure staff follow food safety and health regulations.

Facility and Equipment Maintenance

1. Monitor restaurant equipment and report any issues.
2. Ensure the premises remain clean, organized, and functional.

Sales and Performance Monitoring

1. Assist in tracking daily sales and performance targets.
2. Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

1. Experience – Minimum 1 year in F&B or hospitality.
2. Leadership Skills – Strong team supervision and problem-solving abilities.
3. Stock Management – Ability to monitor inventory and assist in stock ordering.
4. Flexibility – Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
