Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor (F&B)

About the role

This is a full-time Restaurant Manager/Supervisor (F&B) role with the HerbaLine Global Wellness Group, based at our Sri Hartamas Kuala Lumpur location. As Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our busy restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and an outstanding dining experience for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory management and cost control
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
• Monitoring food quality and presentation standards, and taking corrective action as needed
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards
• Managing staff training and development to build a skilled and motivated team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Proficiency in managing restaurant systems and technology, such as POS systems, reservations, and staff scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
