Job description

We are looking for a driven, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
  • Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff
  • Fulfill all reporting and meeting requirements
  • Respond to customers' complaints tactfully and professionally

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma or Degree; Diploma in F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous
  • Proven working experience in management and the hospitality industry
  • Prepared to work on weekends & public holidays
  • Ability to work and stand for long hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
