Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8-hour shift, 6 days per week)
Salary Range: MYR 5,000 – MYR 8,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling Chinese fast-food outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    - Supervise daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
    - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    - Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain brand consistency.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:
    - Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    - Foster a welcoming atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Team Leadership:
    - Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-performance results.
    - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  4. Financial Oversight:
    - Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
    - Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
  5. Vendor & Inventory Coordination:
    - Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
    - Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize waste.

Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in restaurant management, preferably in fast-food or casual dining.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
