Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Being a Team Leader. Always there for others & lead by example.
  2. Always driven with clear mindset, strong & motivating spirit.
  3. Able to manage a duty shift without supervision.
  4. Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well.
  5. Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates.
  6. Always initiate new ideas & determine to improve.
  7. Self-motivated & always driven with positive mindset.
  8. Able to make necessary decisions.
  9. Conduct useful briefing & training to improve the staff’s abilities & skills.
  10. Fully concerned with Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
  11. Always concerned & care for the Restaurants & Company establishment.
  12. Understanding all aspects of restaurant operations in terms of products, human resource, costing, budget, customers, market and strategy.
  13. Understanding the Company Goals & Directions, align the team with restaurant target to achieve the goals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
