Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibility

1. Overall responsible for smooth operations and profitability of the outlet.
2. Build sales and control costs within the budget to meet/exceed expected business results.
3. Responsible for compliance of standards, policies guidelines and regulatory requirements.
4. Ensure outlet has optimal staff, lead and develop them to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
5. Ensure a satisfactory/pleasant dining experience for our customers.
6. People Development & Succession planning of team members.
7. Manage shifts in rotation with Assistant Restaurant Manager I/II as Manager-On-Duty (MOD).

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School qualification with relevant working experience in restaurant or F&B industry.
2. Fresh graduates who have passion in F&B industry are encouraged to apply for Management Trainee position.
3. Possess sound knowledge of restaurant functions including cost management, customer handling, purchasing, manpower planning, people management, workplace safety & security and record-keeping.
4. Ability to handle a wide range of activities, identify issues and recommend proper solutions to restaurant problems.
5. Enjoy interacting with people and possess excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with staff and customers.
6. Self-disciplined, self-motivated, enthusiastic in learning and keen in getting feedback for improvement.
7. Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene, neatly attired and professionally groomed.
8. Required to work on rotating shift basis which includes weekends and public holidays.
