Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all departments in a branch.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Manage sales targets, including the monitoring and execution of marketing programs.
  • Ensure execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards in all departments, including monitoring food product quality and completing all necessary departmental reports.
  • Create action plans for food cost and labor controls.
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health/sanitation regulations, taking corrective actions as required.
  • Review daily break violations and enforce Company policy and State and Federal Law.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Operating policies and procedures, including correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment.
  • Monitor maintenance requirements to ensure Company procedures and standards are being followed; report and follow up on preventive maintenance plans and activities.
  • Complete all administrative requirements, i.e., daily/weekly/monthly reports, to support the Executive Team.
  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in any field or its equivalent qualification.
  • Have a pleasant disposition and be able to communicate proficiently in English.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in any industry field.
  • Full Time; moderate travel required. Schedule may vary by departmental needs.
  • Adherence to all Company and safety policies and procedures.
  • All other duties and responsibilities determined by individual department and/or reasonably assigned from time to time.
