Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned restaurant.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
Actively work on improvement plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure the restaurant executes all promotion mechanics effectively and is well-stocked throughout the promotion period.
Ensure excellent execution of promotions.
Conduct audit checks using the restaurant checklist and provide feedback and suggestions to the restaurant in charge, and follow up.
Work closely with the supervisor on challenges and offer encouragement or recommendations for improvement (if any).
Develop processes for location and individual performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job / Skills Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Good leadership skills and able to work independently; a good team player.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
