Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned restaurant.
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Actively work on improvement plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the restaurant executes all promotion mechanics effectively and is well-stocked throughout the promotion period.
  • Ensure excellent execution of promotions.
  • Conduct audit checks using the restaurant checklist and provide feedback and suggestions to the restaurant in charge, and follow up.
  • Work closely with the supervisor on challenges and offer encouragement or recommendations for improvement (if any).
  • Develop processes for location and individual performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job / Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in F&B / Restaurant Chain.
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  • Good leadership skills and able to work independently; a good team player.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
  • Incentives and commissions available upon confirmation.
