Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibility

1. Manage and oversee the entire Dancing Fish 2 restaurant operations at The Campus, Ampang
2. Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
3. Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
4. Organize and supervise shifts
5. Manage restaurant supplies
6. Nurture a positive working environment
7. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
8. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
9. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/SPM or equivalent
2. Able to speak in English and Mandarin
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail F&B chain store management with proven and successful track records in F&B management
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
5. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members
6. Easily adaptable to environment and interact with all levels of people
7. Result oriented
8. Able to work under strict deadlines
