About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Resident Doctor / Partner to join our thriving medical practice in Skudai, Johor. As a Resident Doctor / Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team at CHEONG MEDIC HEALTHCARE SDN BHD.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions
• Conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
• Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Participating in regular continuing medical education (CME) activities to keep your medical knowledge and skills up-to-date
• Fostering a warm and welcoming environment, providing excellent patient-centred care

What we're looking for

• MBBS/MD or equivalent professional medical degree
• Fully registered medical practitioner (MMC) with a valid practising certificate (APC)
• Completed compulsory services with KKM
• Strong clinical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based medicine and best practices in primary care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the changing needs of the practice
