Resident Doctor (Malaysian Only)

Klinik Dr Evelyn is seeking a talented and dedicated Resident Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team in Johor on a full-time basis. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population, contributing to the overall success and growth of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans
2. Provide compassionate and patient-centred care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care, staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
4. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
5. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
6. Contribute to the overall operations of the clinic, assisting with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. Malaysian citizens with a valid medical degree and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council
2. Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a general practice or outpatient environment
3. Strong clinical acumen, with the ability to make sound medical decisions and provide effective patient care
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient interactions
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
7. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
