RESIDENT DOCTOR (DERMATOLOGY AND AESTHETIC MEDICINE)

- Provide dermatological consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of skin conditions and concerns.
- Perform aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical cosmetic services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational content for both NSC and 16PERCENT's audience, including videos, articles, and social media content to promote the clinic’s expertise in dermatology and skincare.
- Conduct training sessions for the Medical Service Delivery team (MSDOps), including nurses, therapists, and operational staff, to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Review patient medical histories and create personalized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients on aftercare and recommend professional skincare regimens for long-term results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic treatments and integrate them into practice.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with medical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all clinic protocols, including safety, hygiene, and infection control measures.
- Participate in clinic audits and contribute to continuous improvement and growth initiatives within the clinic.
