RESIDENT DOCTOR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Duties:
   • Conduct medical consultations and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
   • Diagnose and treat patients with professionalism, empathy, and approachability.
   • Perform minor surgeries and basic surgical procedures as required.
   • Review and interpret X-rays, blood reports, and other diagnostic tools.
   • Stay updated with advancements in medical knowledge, treatments, and medications.
2. Managerial and Leadership Duties:
   • Train, guide, and monitor staff to ensure high standards of care and efficiency.
   • Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), medical regulations, and safety protocols.
   • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
3. Administrative and Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and medical requirements, including proper documentation and reporting.
   • Participate in quality assurance programs and audits to maintain high healthcare standards.
   • Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
2. Registration: Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holds a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
3. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of compulsory government service completed.
4. Skills:
   • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
   • Ability to perform minor surgical procedures.
   • Leadership and team management abilities.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Competent in reviewing and interpreting medical reports and diagnostics.
